Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Implementing and planning work/activities to be accomplished by other guards; 2) Conducting physical security and access control operations to ensure the maintenance of physical security standards; 2) Enforcing official orders and security regulations to protect sensitive government and personal property; and control movement of personnel and vehicles through the facility; and 4) Supporting the implementation of installation emergency plans for FRCSE facilities.
