Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Planning a series of tests designed to demonstrate whether the systems and/or major components meet the basic requirements identified by the customer; Preparing the management Test and evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) to detail performance goals and thresholds, schedules resources, lists major personnel and organizations involved, and shows the acquisition funding plan from inception through TECHEVAL and OPEVAL, into Follow-On; Arranging for effective utilization of deadloads or available aircraft to ensure that all supportive services are aware of scheduled events; Establishing and scheduling starting and completion dates of all phases of installation; and Interpreting data with physical results of test events and compiles supportive evi­dence to produce formal and informal reports express­ing scope, accomplishments, conclusions and suggestions con­cerning given program assigned.
