SUPERVISORY AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (INSTRUCTOR) – TITLE 32

Military Grades: MSgt – SMSgt. Compatible Military Assignments: 1A192D GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience which has provided the applicant with a knowledge of aircraft weight and balance computations; aircraft performance data; aircraft records maintenance; and aircraft systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Specialized experience requirements are to be determined locally, depending on the necessary requirements for your current airframe and the required certificates as specified by the appropriate Air Regulation. Specific MOS/AFSC’s may be included when essential for successful performance of the position. PREFERRED: Primary AFSC of 1A172D and be a current/qualified C-130J Instructor Loadmaster. Knowledge of the C130J weapon system and tactics involved with operating in the low-level environment IAW AFMAN 11-2C 130v3 an AFTTP 3-3. Knowledge of C-130J training procedures and regulations such as AFMAN 11-2C130Jv1. Knowledge and experience with training programs such as EPEX and the processes to track events to include both quarterly Flying/Ground, semi-annual, and annual events. Knowledge of methods of instruction, aircrew training program requirements, procedures, and standards of performance; and skill to apply this knowledge in planning, developing and executing unit training/evaluation programs. Ability to communicate orally and in writing to prepare lessons, documents and reports, present training/instruction and brief passengers and crews.
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a Supervisory Aircraft Loadmaster (Instructor), Position Description Number D2302000 and is part of the 165th OSS, Georgia Air National Guard located in Garden City, Georgia. This is a full-time, Permanent, dual status position which requires Georgia Air National Guard Membership. Area of Consideration: Current members within the 165th Wing of the Georgia Air National Guard.
