SUPERVISORY FACILITIES MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical oversight and general guidance to personnel so that goals, objectives, tasks and functions are aligned with organizational, (e.g., EWTGLANT), priorities and directives; Managing facility operations and repair actions on equipment and systems; Inspecting contractor support, craftsmanship, equipment and materials to ensure compliance with contract requirements and liaisons with appropriate Public Works officials; Reviewing design specifications, details and provides detailed space use plans; Preparing and maintaining trouble calls and discrepancy logs; Ensuring trouble calls are submitted into an enterprise asset management software, (e.g., MAXIMO), and routinely reviews logs to ensure tickets are completed in a timely manner; Identifying schedules and coordinates utility outages; AND Monitoring and providing routine updates on facility status and improvement actions. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES MANAGER in the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Atlantic (EWTGLANT) of EWTGLANT.
