SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Conducting contract administration, management, and oversight of hydropower construction to ensure compliance with contracts 2. Recommending changes to construction plans/specifications to correct discrepancies.
