Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-05 (GS-13/14 grade level equivalency), in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading and managing technical teams to establish objectives, set priorities, and develop strategies and solutions for an effective execution of Department initiatives to enhance fleet capability. You will serve as a MANAGER in the SENSORS WEAPONS AND LAUNCHERS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This Position will serve as a Deputy Department Manager in each of the four Line Departments at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division.
