You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service which includes performing a wide variety of administrative support functions to include reviewing and controlling correspondence, records, forms, reports and publications, and maintaining and monitoring travel/purchase requests, supplies, and government credit card account. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Activity Program Coordinator for Purchase Card Clerical Computer Skills Database Administration Manages and Organizes Information Oral Communication Organizational Awareness Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
