To qualify for this position at the FV-G level: you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes experience with administrative programs pertaining to financial management, time and attendance, travel, administrative program management, office administration, management information systems, property management, security administration, program and process analysis and procurement; experience preparing budget estimates and maintaining financial management data and performing analysis of budget requests. To qualify at the FV-H level: you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10-11. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. At the H band level, Specialized experience includes experience applying policies and procedures to FAA administrative programs such as, administrative programs affecting the organization, financial management; coordinating budget matters, analyzing budget/fiscal reports, financial management, logistics, purchasing and other finance-based programs, processes and systems affecting an organization. To qualify at the FV-I band level: you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. At the I band level Specialized experience includes experience applying policies and procedures to FAA administrative program activities affecting the Air Traffic Organization, including interpretation and application of human resource management activities, staffing/recruitment, compensation, workforce management tools, office administration oversight, financial management, budget forecasting, monitoring and tracking expenditures, analyzing budget/fiscal reports, purchasing and other finance-based programs, processes and systems affecting an organization. This is not a virtual or remote assignment and individual is expected to report to duty location(s) as indicated. Serves as an Administrative Officer for the Air Traffic Minneapolis District and operates under the supervision of the District Executive Advisor (DEA).
