To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Managing aircraft budgets and schedules of a large project or functional area and interfacing with subject matter experts; Evaluating employee, branch and/or contractor performance and providing monthly feedback; Coordinates and oversees functional areas to include: project, aircraft platforms, facilities, or information technology. As the Aircraft Operations Program and Infrastructure Branch Chief you will be responsible for leading a team of functional area manager civil servants. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the aircraft operations divisions functional areas. Additionally, you will also be responsible for interfacing with the Flight Operations Business Office and the JSC CFO office. This position requires experience in project and budget.
