Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Extensive knowledge and experience in LSODS design, development, installation, system operational and verification test (SOVT), and laboratory setup; including performing trade-offs, analyses, troubleshooting, simulations and evaluations, to provide fleet support and customer support. 2. Expertise in LSODS hardware components and associated equipment to the level of understanding one could provide detailed distance hardware and technical assistance support to maintainers and operators. Ability to use this expertise to perform complex problem solving and analyses with multiple customers simultaneously. 3. Manage and lead installation and SOVT efforts involving multiple functional or discipline areas. 4. Be an expert on LSODS and perform as a subject matter expert on the LSODS equipment when required; to include technical decision making, problem resolutions, and fleet support. 5. Demonstrates ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues (to include sensitive or controversial topics) before a wide range of audiences both orally and in writing. Makes clear and convincing oral presentations.
