Wood Crafter

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT required for this position: — Ability to perform journey-level wood crafting or carpentry without more than normal supervision Your application must show that you have sufficient training and/or experience to perform the duties of the position as described in the vacancy announcement. These positions are located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Senate Office Buildings, Wood Crafting Branch. The Senate Office Buildings, seeks temporary Wood crafters for the upcoming 119th Congressional Moves Transition. The position will begin January 2025 and terminate at the conclusion of the project. Seeking applicants with journey-level wood crafting and/or carpentry skills. Since office moves are scheduled 6 days a week, overtime may be required and will be mandatory.
