At the GS-13 level, you must meet the following qualification: One year of specialized experience that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-12 level. Specialized experience includes experience in: modern website management practices such as Agile development and user-centered design; working with a multi-disciplinary team to identify user needs and collaboratively design and implement solutions; knowledge on government wide standards for digital services including accessibility requirements, skill in communicating, both in writing and orally, with a variety of audiences to obtain and present information. Only experience obtained by the closing date of this announcement will be considered. TIME-IN-GRADE: Current career or career-conditional employees of the Federal government, or former career or career-conditional employees, who have a break in service of less than one year, are required to meet the time-in-grade restriction of one year of Federal experience at the next lower grade, with few exceptions outlined in 5 CFR 300.603(b). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
The final determination of the duty station for this position will be made by the selecting official at the time of the job offer. Flexibilities to work remotely in a virtual posture may be considered under the guidance of ONRRs remote work policy which will be provided as necessary based on duty station determination. The actual salary will be based on the geographic location on selectee(s) location, grade, and step.
