To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the full range of real estate programs including design, construction, building, space management and leasing, procurement, safety, environmental management, and project management.
As an Operations Manager, you will serve as a Senior Specialist and manage and oversee the work of a team of Building Managers and Building Management Specialists. Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Region 3, Property Management Division. The duty station will be an R3 building decided upon selection. We are currently filling 5 vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
