Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include the most of the following: 1) Forms and advocates policy regarding activities related to infrastructure resilience, to include climate adaptation and resilience, installation energy resilience, and cyber resilience; 2) Analyzes a wide range of strategic information and prepares reports, proposals, briefings, and advocates, as necessary to express the organization’s position regarding installation resilience matters at the strategic level; 3) Develops, plans, coordinates, organizes, and manages a broad range of programs and services addressing installation resilience and climate adaptation, including effective use of total resourcing; 4) Applies policies, procedures and legislation to develop program goals, objectives, and performance measures in support of installation resilience and climate adaptation.
