SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Working knowledge, supported by experience, of DoD command and control communications and cyber (C4) capabilities, technology, and organizations; 2) Managing a portfolio of programs and projects; 3) Supervising civilians formally; 4) Orienting and understanding technical C4 issues quickly, and communicating those issues effectively to senior leadership; 5) Acting independently and proactively in conduct of their duties, which includes building and leveraging a network of contacts across the staff, subordinate components, peer organizations, and higher headquarters.
