Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing plans, policy goals, and objectives; providing strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems; explaining, advocating, and negotiating with individuals and groups from the joint and interagency communities; developing professional networks with other agencies to develop solutions and or strategies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Knowledge Management Planning and Evaluating Research Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent NH-03 (GS-13).
