Specialized Experience GS-09: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing and reviewing reports to identify delays with contractor’s construction schedules. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08). Specialized Experience GS-10: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing and reviewing reports to identify delays with contractor’s construction schedules and participates with recommending solutions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). Specialized Experience GS-11: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing, reviewing, and evaluating reports to identify delays with contractor’s construction schedules, recommends solutions, and assist with preparing cost estimates on construction projects with scheduling software system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10). Specialized Experience GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing, reviewing, and evaluating contractor’s construction schedules and time impact analysis (TIA), advises on solutions, and performs cost estimates on construction projects with scheduling software system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Developing, analyzing and reviewing construction schedules using current scheduling software technologies, conducting analysis, and reviews.
