In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience organizing and leading teams, to plan and execute complex projects, resolve highly complex technical issues, and integrate the work of several support organizations to meet schedule dates; Experience of naval shipyard and intermediate maintenance facilities, NAVSEA and Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program organizations; Experience in nuclear engineering associated with Nuclear and Non-Nuclear ship repair, conversion and maintenance; Experience with collective bargaining agreements affecting assigned area of responsibility and workforce. You will serve as a Supervisor Nuclear Engineer in the Chief Test Engineer Branch (2340), Nuclear Test Engineering Division (2340), Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department (2300) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
