For GS-13: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level of GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Qualifying specialized experience for GS-13 includes three of the following: 1. Reviewing and evaluating ETA funded proposals, grants, and other documents for technical accuracy. 2. Conducting presentations that promote ETA funded workforce development programs. 3. Analyzing, interpreting, and/or reporting on data related to ETA funded grants, contracts, or other ETA program related matters to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Conducting reviews and analyses of ETA funded workforce development programs and grant projects to identify and address compliance issues and areas of concern and to make sound recommendations for improvement.
