Area of Consideration Group 2- Current competitive and excepted federal employees nationwide and individuals eligible for veterans preference GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experiences gained through civilian and/ or military technical training schools within the human resources business programs are included as general experience qualifications. An applicant must have a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experiences that prepared the applicant to perform the duties of the position. The applicant’s accredited educational-degree study program; or other military or civilian academic courses may substitute for some specialized experience. An applicant must demonstrate the following specialized experience competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities and behaviors) to qualify for a position identified by its applicable position grade and career level. Please be advised: 1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. An applicant’s RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet the specialized experience listed. 3. It must be documented with “from (mm/yy)” and “to (mm/yy)” dates and description of the specialized experience. 4.
