Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:1) Performing planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBES) of major Project Management (PM) programs; 2) Executing allocations of funds to accommodate new assigned functions and projects to ensure mission requirements are met; and 3) Using financial data bases to analyze budget information and brief senior leadership on short and long-term funding requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02/ GS-11.
