Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DP-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following duties: 1) Understanding I IC circuit boards and printed circuit board development; 2) Familiarity with current wireless technologies and protocols; 3) Understanding complex problems and collaborate with others to provide effective solutions.
