Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 pay band or GS-9/11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting test planning in a laboratory and flight test environment to verify the capabilities of the system; 2) Analyzing test data (real-time and post-mission) to understand test results, draw conclusions, assess mission results, and present pre and post-test briefings to support progress reviews; 3) Developing test plans, writing procedures, coordinating resources, executing tests, and creating test reports for equipment systems and subsystems; 4) Providing sound advice to various levels of personnel on specific technical aspects of systems, concept development, and new uses of material, hardware, software, and tactics.
