Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing engineering guidance on projects for the acquisition, design, development, maintenance, or repair of surface ship or submarine systems, subsystems, or components to ensure compliance with technical requirements or specifications. You will serve as a General Engineer in the Naval Systems Engineering Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. The NH-03 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13.
