To qualify for this position at the GS-0301-12 level, your resume must reflect at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-0301-11 level that includes at least 5 of the 7 following areas listed below. Experience managing the administrative functions for a team, including at least seven of the following duties: Travel administration, document management, timekeeping, scheduling, correspondence and invoice management, records management, performance management, training coordination, office supplies, data tracking, and team space allocation. Experience drafting clear, professional correspondence, reports, and other grammatically correct and error-free documents. Experience managing several tasks simultaneously and organizing time well to meet deadlines for individual and team assignments. Experience in a self-directed environment, taking initiative, providing support proactively, and adapting to changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Experience making informed decisions by examining actions’ implications, weighing alternatives, and proactively identifying solutions. Experience taking responsibility for being reliable and completing assigned tasks. Experience demonstrating attention to detail by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.
