Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintain the calendars and schedules, arrange travel, train and prepare management for travel and training; 2) Analyze and evaluate the administrative operational procedures and requirements for organizational efficiency and productivity; 3) Prepare and manage the budget, spending plan and monthly and quarterly execution reviews for the office; 4) Review and edit all command correspondence and other written material for adherence to the Naval Correspondence Manual format, grammar, accuracy, consistency and substance. OR – Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR – Have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. OR – Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
