Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: in the Installation Protection Programs such as Antiterrorism (AT), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), Force Protection, and/or Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) experience for the Installation, subordinate, and Tenant Command organizations. Creditable specialized experience includes: Knowledge and understanding of planning, coordinating, developing, implementing, and overseeing AT policies and operations that deter, detect, defend against, and defeat terrorist threats against the Installation’s personnel and assets; Knowledge and understanding of the administration and management of the OPSEC program in support of operations; Knowledge and understanding of involving CIP policy, procedures, and program statutes; Knowledge and understanding in the development, implementation, management, execution, and oversight of the major elements of programs/projects; Knowledge and understanding of the Installation Protection Program and DoD Risk Mitigation Process as conducted within the Mission Assurance/Installation Protection Program; Skill in operative communications to provide advice, guidance, and direction to senior level active/reserve officer and civilian leadership in the areas of Installation Protection Programs.
