CONTRACT SPECIALIST

GS-09: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing contracting services in acquisition procedures, cost and price analysis, and regulations in the administration, negotiation, management and planning of contracts, works under closer supervision. GS-11: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in the application of contracting principles and procedures applicable to pre-award and post-award actions sufficient to procuring and administering contracts for a variety of specialized equipment, supplies, and services where the requirements are neither well defined nor well precedented.
