COMMAND ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assessing and analyzing workload requirements and demands of internal and external customers to determine appropriate staffing levels or manpower resources required; 2) Analyzing data to manage a department and propose solutions to wide range issues in order to improve efficiencies within the workplace; 3) Leading enterprise wide studies in order to develop, identify and propose solutions to management support problems; 4) Establishing manpower allocations to meet customer requirements; and 5) Leading complex and multi-disciplined teams as well as providing advisory and analytical support to executive decision makers. You will serve as a COMMAND ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPORT SUPERVISOR in the COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT and COMMAND ADMIN DIVISION of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. This position serves as the Command Administrative Division responsible for the Command Services and Travel Branches, Directives, Control Administrator and Mail functional areas and manages administrative support for of FRCSW (N65888) military personnel. The duty location for this position is San Diego, CA.
