To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration. To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include: Experience in analysis of key business processes, evaluating options and alternatives for making decisions and resolving issues. AND Experience effectively facilitating teams. AND Experience with strategic and performance planning, application of quality management principles and procedures to improve organizational performance. Specialized Experience must be measurable. This position is assigned to the Division Office of Western Federal Lands Highway Division. Responsible for supporting and promoting the implementation of continuous quality improvement principles and practices for processes associated with planning, design, and construction. Additionally, the position monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of work processes, using various mechanisms such as customer surveys, program analysis, and internal/external process reviews.
