Management Analyst (Human Capital)

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Conducting analyses to assess the allocation of human capital resources and identifying gaps based on strategic objectives; AND Developing and providing briefings related to workforce planning to executive management. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Policy, Accountability and Analytics Division. As a Management Analyst (Human Capital), you will provide advice and consultation on human capital elements of larger initiatives that involve and support the mission of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
