Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes ensure techniques to determine the extent of compliance within rules and regulations; utilize statistical methods and techniques to direct studies and improve productivity; apply planning, guidelines, and processes to refine or develop methods and procedures; gathering and analyzing data to identify systematic problems; developing tools, methodologies and/or techniques to perform policy and program analysis. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Decision Making Manages and Organizes Information Planning and Evaluating Program Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent GS-11.
About the Position: Serves as team leader, team member, or works independently as a management analyst with responsibility to direct, coordinate, justify, defend, and/or negotiate management improvement programs, principles, and practices throughout the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) located in Fort Novosel, Alabama.
