Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project operation requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations. You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the ENERGETICS MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT DEPUTY (MB), ENERGETICS MANUFACTURING DIVISION (M) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $153,354). The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
