MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing manpower by organizing assigned billet identification numbers, ensuring accuracy of information associated with positions, and ensuring correct alignment with command’s Authorized Manning Document and Table of Organization; 2) Coordinating manpower budget actions to include Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process and Program Objective Memorandum process to ensure manpower budget for current and future years; 3) Using automated systems such as DCPDS to execute personnel actions in order to initiate processes for recruitment, classification, awards, and other HR functions; and 4) Providing expert level guidance and advice on manpower and human resources process and products to stakeholders.
