SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience overseeing a training program (e.g. schedule, curriculum, equipment needs, and instructors). Experience developing, evaluating, and revising program objectives and instructional plans. Experience applying knowledge of established work processes and procedures of the welding trade. Experience understanding the organizational makeup of the shipyard. Experience implementing knowledge of principles, theories, techniques, and methodologies of nuclear propulsion plant processes. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the Welding Shop (Code 926), Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
