Specialized experience is the experience that has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Assessing financial institution compliance with federal consumer financial protection laws and regulations during investigations or examinations; 2. Drafting formal written correspondence to members of the public, Congress, or financial institutions concerning the interpretation of federal consumer financial protection laws and regulations; and 3.
