For GS-05: In order to qualify for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to perform successfully the duties of the position such as: – Experience providing administrative support, (i.e. patient scheduling, maintain accurate maintenance of logs, tracking systems, ordering supplies, patient reception and answering telephones); – Experience using various computer software applications, (i.e. MS Word, Power Point, Excel, spreadsheet development), and creating/ maintaining various reports/forms regarding Hearing Conservation Program and other requirements; – Experience entering and retrieving data from automated healthcare systems, programs, databases e.g. Composite Health Care System (CHCS), Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology (AHLTA), or similar systems to track patient records; For GS-06: In order to qualify for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
