In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Oversees a program that performs complex highly technical, administrative, and professional psycho-social work, mange outpatient treatment to a diverse client population, directs a team of professionals including health care providers, and manages budget and supply management for the substance abuse program.
