Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists in the management, control, development, coordination and execution of assigned human services support programs; 2) Ensures that the human services support programs meets all certification standards; 3) Serves as principal advisor on human service matters and policy; 4) Ensures the appropriate implementation of human services support program policies and priorities to include the provisions and intent of new and emerging programs; and 5) Directs work to be accomplished by staff and ensures adequate staffing, effective training and appropriate supervision is maintained throughout and in compliance with established personnel administration in order to meet mission requirements.
