Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Independently developing and analyzing complex project schedules using the automated project management systems such as Primavera Professional and P6Web; 2) Advising and leading coordination with members of the Project Delivery Teams, Project Managers, staff, and senior leaders regarding detailed project status including project scope, schedule, and budget; 3) Independently reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating reports for the overall program and troubleshooting project progress and providing corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost performance; and 4) Demonstrating proficiency for 5 or more years with Oracle Primavera systems and expertise in program/project scheduling. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). About the Position: Position will be in the Programs and Project Management Division, Programs and Project Controls Office. Serves as a Senior Program Analyst/Senior Project Scheduler and Subject Matter Expert analyzing, developing, and maintaining project schedules for the Baltimore District Programs.
