Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying performance assessment standards, policy, procedures, and work methods during on-site assessments; 2) Using effective communication and writing skills in preparing reports, documents, guidelines, and briefs; 3) Preparing cost analysis and estimates, applying contracting standards to determine reasonableness to modifications or changes; 4) Performing contract administration principles to assist in the administration or negotiation of contracts. 5) Reading blueprints, schematic diagrams and architectural drawings.
