This position is subject to a salary control point established in the JPEO-CBRND Acquisition Demo Business Rules. This control point limits salary to a max of $181,216 (GS-14, step 10). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Construct strategic product development planning documentation; 2) Manage all aspects of a DoD program throughout the acquisition lifecycle; 3) Interface with high-level stakeholders to ensure program meets cost, schedule and performance goals; and 4) Lead a team of acquisition professionals by prioritizing/assigning work, assessing performance, and developing subordinates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03 or GS-13). About the Position: This JPEO-CBRND Deputy Product Manager, NH-0340-04, position will be assigned to the Joint Project Manager for CBRN Sensors (JPM CBRN SEN). The NH-04 pay band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system. This position is eligible for supervisor differential as outlined in the DoD AcqDemo Operating Guide.
