SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: GS-0201-11: Must have experience in the following: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level Knowledge of an administrative nature in the processing of military personnel action requests Knowledge of the basic concepts, principles, and theories of military human resources management and the ability to adapt these to meet mission requirements of the state Uses negotiation or persuasion skills to gain compliance with established policies and regulations Ability to adapt these to meet mission requirements of the state
