Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer or scientist providing programmatic and technical leadership for planning, managing, and executing projects to develop and assess engineering processes and procedures related to efficiency and execution of strategic systems programs. You will serve as a Manager (Branch Manager) in the Global Deterrence Defense Dept, Strategic Systems Guidance, Navigation, & Control (GXP), Strategic Systems Engineering Branch (GXPM) OR Strategic Systems Test & Production Branch (GXPL) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-14, Step 10 (currently $158,860).
