GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 Next lower grade level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: General or Specialized Experience Requirement Providing advice as a subject matter expert on a variety of administrative programs relating to HR, facilities management, procurement, asset and fleet management, budget/financial management, telework and customer relations. Manage workload of department by adjusting assignments as priorities change. Performing liaison functions with other organizations to effectively present your organization’s needs. This position is located in Field Operations Directorate District 34 Chicago IL Field Office. As an Supervisory Operations Support Specialist, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert in a variety of administrative and management programs. Manage the organization, evaluation, and improvement of services and processes; and plan and adjust the priorities of the work to be accomplished.
