GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: experience in a communications or marketing department of digital content including Web content, Web design and/or Web tools developed for the agency’s primary website, using Drupal content management system (CMS) and Agile project management methodologies; and develops communications standards, requirements and guidelines related to digital and Website content; and thorough understanding of Federal government website standards, policies and requirements pertaining to digital transformation and customer service, 508 accessibility, language translation and branding. This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Communications and Public Liaison in Washington, DC or Chicago, IL. The incumbent manages complex and major updates to SBA.gov, produces reports on metrics, plans and implements major digital projects while identifying and implementing new web strategies.
