To qualify for this position at the I pay band level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent at the next lower level, FV-H, FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience Statement: Specialized experience is: Presenting agency and locally developed safety and occupational health policy and programs to higher levels of management. Developing safety and occupational health standards, regulations, practices, and procedures to eliminate or control potential hazards. Training employees, supervisors, managers, or other safety and occupational health personnel in safety or occupational health subjects. Applicants MUST include examples of specialized experiences in their work history and be specific when describing specialized experience. Serves as the Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Coordinator for the WSA Technical Services EOSH Support Operations Group, Program Support Center, with overall authority and responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and local Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
