Senior Advisor, Enterprise Financial Transformation Strategies and Systems

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must submit written statements (narrative format) of accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications. You must address each technical qualification separately. You are required to respond to all of the technical qualifications. If you fail to do so, you will be rated as ineligible. Please limit your written statements to no more than two pages per technical qualification and must include your name. Demonstrated expertise in the Department’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting System (PPBE) processes. Demonstrated working knowledge of the Defense Business Systems on Internal Control over Financial Reporting PPBE systems. Demonstrated expertise in financial management data analytics, technical interorganizational financial management data exchanges, and achieving financial reporting requirements. Demonstrated expertise in the development and communication of techniques for standardizing and simplifying Department of Defense financial management to include Business Process Reengineering and Change Management. Time in grade is not required for Senior Level (SL) position. The Senior Advisor, Enterprise Financial Transformation (EFT) Strategies and Systems is responsible for developing and sustaining DoD Financial Management (FM) tactical transformational plans to implement FM Strategy- along with the Deputy Comptroller, EFTs vision-using a data-driven approach with Advana as the premier analytical engine for financial data.
