Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating IT network systems including performance, security and cost to develop and modify IT system implementation plans, security policies and procedures to improve the efficiency execution of IT projects. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) (Branch Manager) in the EOD Information Management Division (D1), Information Systems & Technology Branch (D15), within the EOD Department (D) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
