ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

FOR NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience leading or advising others in the development of contracting documents, (e.g., statements of work, contracting packages, evaluation of proposals) according to the Federal Acquisition Regulations, as related to multiple complex contracts. You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Policy and Self-Assessment Branch of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. The NT-5 salary range shown above represents all positions within the band (GS-13/14 equivalent), including high-grade positions. This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to GS-13 Step 10 (currently $153,354).
